Prior Departure Date

• The cruise documents will be sent through email to you 14-21 days before the departure date.

• Important: Most cruise boarding will close 2 hours before sailing.

• All guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of the end of the voyage, and guests are responsible to apply for a valid visa based on the travel destinations.

• The check-in time varies with the different port of embarkation and depends on the suggested time as shown on the cruise documents. You are required to check the details shown on your cruise tickets for final check-in and boarding time.

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% per person is required upon reservation.
• Full Payment is required 200 days prior to departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy - Before the Departure Date

• Booking date to 181 days before departure is subjected to MYR 1500 of full cabin fare plus an administration fee.
• 180 to 91 days before departure is subjected to 15% of full cabin fare plus an administration fee.
• 90 to 61 days before departure is subjected to 30% of full cabin fare plus an administration fee.
• 60 to 31 days before departure is subjected to 40% of full cabin fare plus an administration fee.
• 30 to 01 day before departure is subjected to 60% of full cabin fare plus an administration fee.
• 0 days before departure is subjected to 100% of full cabin fare plus an administration fee.
